Position Details

Designation: Fire Officer (Assistant, Deputy, Associate )

Function: Fire

Reporting to: AGM

Total Number of Positions: 5

Work Location: Mundra

Purpose

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring fire and safety at our sites, contributing to a safe working environment and upholding Adani's commitment to excellence in safety and security. This position will oversee and implement safety protocols along with emergency response procedures.

Key responsibilities

Implementing fire and safety procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards

Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments

Developing and implementing emergency response plans

Leading and training the fire and safety team

Coordinating with external emergency services

Investigating and reporting on incidents and near misses

Contributing to continuous improvement of safety practices

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering

Fire & Safety certification

5-8 years of experience in the Infrastructure/Power/Energy industry
