FinOps Business Partner

As a Cloud FinOps Business Partner at NiCE, your role is crucial in maximizing every dollar spent on the cloud and accelerating the delivery of solutions. You will advocate for FinOps and governance principles to enhance the company's understanding of cloud costs, optimize costs, and leverage cloud operations and governance. Collaborating with various teams, you will play a key role in boosting cloud efficiency and governance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with NiCE business units to maximize cloud margin, enhance governance, and increase transparency. - Create metrics, reports, and optimization plans for financial excellence in the cloud. - Work with engineering teams to build cost-aware architectures and implement cost controls. - Lead and manage cloud service providers" incentives plans and other commercial benefits. - Implement cloud monitoring and optimization tools for proactive cost optimization. - Lead financial planning, analyze cloud cost reports, and assist in cloud budget planning and tracking. - Provide guidance and support on cloud financials and governance. - Develop and maintain cloud cost forecasting models and budgets. - Ensure efficient and accurate billing processes and cloud financial governance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics/Accounting, or Information Technology. - Proficiency in Azure cloud platforms, consoles, and services. - 2-5 years of experience in Azure and AWS Cost Management and FinOps principles. - 3+ years of cross-functional experience in large global enterprises. - Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with POWER BI. - Understanding of accounting principles.
