As an Educator (Finnish) at Airlearn's Finnish Content division, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. Your role will involve collaborating with the Content Head and team members to design and develop engaging Finnish language learning content, utilizing feedback and data analytics to optimize content, staying updated with the latest trends in language education, and continuously improving our content offering. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop engaging Finnish language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market. - Collaborate with the Content Head and team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. - Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. - Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Finnish and strong English communication skills. - Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms. - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship. - Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. - Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization. - Bachelor's degree in Finnish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
