Job Description

To directly supervise and monitor day-to-day finishing activities at the project site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and instructions.
Supervise finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and faade finishes.
Check workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
Allocate work to site labor / subcontractors and monitor productivity.
Maintain snag lists and ensure rectification of defects before handover.
Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Report daily site progress, issues, and material requirements to the Site/Project Engineer.
Enforce safety practices and housekeeping at the work site.
