Finishing Manager (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to lead and manage all finishing works for our premium high-rise residential projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceilings, and façade works—ensuring top-notch quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all finishing activities on-site.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings, specifications, and Prosperiti standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure material availability.
• Enforce safety practices and GHMC compliance.
• Prepare units for client inspection and ensure smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10–18 years of construction experience (with 10+ years in finishing works for high-rise apartments or commercial projects).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
