About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise and monitor finishing works at our Noida construction projects. The role requires expertise in civil finishing activities, ensuring work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, and other interior finishing works.
• Check and ensure the quality of work as per drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Allocate work to skilled and unskilled laborers and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Ensure finishing materials (tiles, paints, fittings, etc.) are used efficiently and minimize wastage.
• Conduct inspections to ensure finishing works meet client and consultant requirements.
• Prepare and update daily progress reports.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with site safety protocols.
• Report any deviations, delays, or issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in finishing works supervision (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects).
• Strong knowledge of finishing construction activities and standards.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Experience in manpower handling and finishing quality control.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
