Job Responsiblities

Managing, planning & monitoring execution of Interior fit-out finishes works as per GFC drawings and designs within quality standards, safety parameters in coordination with brands, consultants, services team and to hand over the same to client
Planning, monitoring & execution of interior fit outs works as per BOQ specs, working methodology.
Quality control as per company standards, checklists, BOQ and engineering drawings.
Checking and verifying JMRs & certifying RA bills.

Required candidate

7-12 YRS experience in real estate projects , preferrably from Kolkata region
