Finishes Engineer for Mixed use Development at Kolkata

As an experienced candidate for the role of Managing Interior Fit-Out Finishes, your responsibilities will include: - Managing, planning, and monitoring the execution of interior fit-out finishes works according to GFC drawings and designs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety parameters. This involves coordination with brands, consultants, and the services team to deliver the project successfully to the client. - Planning, monitoring, and executing interior fit-out works in line with BOQ specs and working methodology. - Implementing quality control measures based on company standards, checklists, BOQ, and engineering drawings. - Checking and verifying JMRs (Joint Measurement Reports) and certifying RA (Running Account) bills. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably within the Kolkata region.
