Job Description

You are looking for a Financial Technical Manager with expertise in Oracle ERP systems and a strong understanding of financial processes in the logistics and supply chain industry. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to optimize ERP systems and automate financial processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability to support the evolving needs of the logistics business. Your responsibilities will include leading the configuration, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP financial modules tailored to logistics operations. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical lead for finance and supply chain ERP initiatives, managing the entire lifecycle of ERP projects from requirement gathering to deployment. Furthermore, you will drive improvements in financial transaction processing, cost accounting, and revenue recognition across warehousing, freight, and transportation functions. Data integrity, security, and compliance with financial standards like SOX, IFRS, and local GAAP will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will design and develop custom financial reports and interfaces using Oracle tools, oversee ERP integration with third-party logistics platforms, and collaborate with various departments to align systems with business objectives. As the ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field with over 15 years of experience in ERP and financial systems, specifically 10+ years in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP. Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, APIs, and integration tools are essential. Domain expertise in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors, along with project and team leadership experience, will be beneficial. Key competencies for this role include hands-on experience with Oracle SCM, OTM, WMS, and Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or migration. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary, along with strategic thinking and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
