It requires individuals who truly understand the role and are dedicated to making it their mission in life. **Key Responsibilities:** * Minimum experience of 2-3 years in Corporate Communications function, Public Relations agencies, or business journalism * Postgraduate degree in Mass Communications or MBA in Finance from a reputed B-school preferred * Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory * Existing relationships with business media are preferred * Keen sense of News Value and knowledge of how print, electronic, and digital media work are necessary * Basic knowledge of the capital market (stock market) will be an added advantage * Ability to manage Media Relations of clients across multiple sectors * Research and analyze public companies and their peers * Media tracking and daily news updates * Prepare and update media database, monthly/quarterly reports, logs, etc * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This position will involve interacting with clients at the CFO, CEO, and promoter levels, requiring confidence, emotional maturity, and finesse.
