You will be joining Medhaj Techno Concept Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing infrastructure consultancy firm based in Lucknow, as a Financial Professional. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around financial planning, financial reporting, conducting financial analysis, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. Your tasks will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating financial insights to the management. To excel in this role, you should hold a CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/Master's degree in Finance or Commerce with a minimum of 9 years of experience in financial management, particularly in development projects within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with financial management policies and procedures is essential, and prior experience in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) assignments for at least 2 years is preferred. Your skill set should encompass financial planning, finance skills, strong analytical capabilities for financial analysis and strategic planning, and expertise in financial reporting. Excellent communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration and reporting. Proficiency in financial software and tools is expected, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. While a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, any experience in the infrastructure consultancy sector would be advantageous for this role.
