Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting
: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Financial Analysis
: Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
Strategic Planning
: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with financial goals.
Financial Reporting
: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, including variance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial summaries.
Business Partnering
: Work closely with departmental heads to provide financial support and advice on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Scenario Planning
: Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial implications of different business strategies or external factors.
Cost Analysis & Efficiency
: Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving initiatives while ensuring that business needs are met.
Cash Flow Management
: Monitor and report on cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
Ad-hoc Analysis
: Provide financial analysis for special projects, investments, and new business initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
: Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and planning processes, tools, and systems.
Compliance & Controls
: Ensure all financial planning activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
