Financial Planning Analyst II

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing various duties related to financial accounts and operations by applying generally accepted accounting principles and theories. Your role will involve maintaining diverse accounts, financial analysis, budget preparation, and reconciliation of accounting data. Additionally, you will review, analyze, and present financial data, maintain fiscal records, and have knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute in MCR Audit - Prepare and present factory reporting - Engage in month-end FP&A reporting - Collaborate on projects with senior team members - Interact with stakeholders and leaders as needed - Possess hands-on experience in process improvements - Prior knowledge of SAP and ability to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn Qualifications: - CA/CWA Inter with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience or CMA/CA qualified with 2 years of experience - MBA in Finance/Accounting with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience - Strong communication skills - Mandatory experience with SAP - Proficiency in MS Office tools at a professional level Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing various duties related to financial accounts and operations by applying generally accepted accounting principles and theories.
