Financial Operations Associate

The Financial Operations Associate position based in Bangalore is an on-site role where you will be responsible for executing daily accounting and reporting processes for Viable's clients. Your role will involve analyzing and enhancing Viable's external accounting and reporting workflows, organizing accounting data using Google Sheets, Zoho, and Tally, as well as managing client relations and communications. Additionally, you will provide financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning to help clients scale their businesses while ensuring complete compliance with Indian tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and ITR. You will also oversee Viable's in-house financial operations team. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong accounting foundation along with 1-3 years of experience in finance. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, familiarity with Tally, Zoho, and QuickBooks, as well as knowledge of Indian tax compliances are essential. Ideal qualifications include BCom, BBA, CA Inter, CA, MBA Finance, CMA, or ACCA.
