Job Description:
Netcraftz Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Financial Modelling Trainer to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training to degree/college students. The trainer will conduct on-site sessions in Bangalore, focusing on practical financial modelling concepts aligned with real-world business and finance use cases. Compensation will be based on session duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom training on Financial Modelling concepts and applications.
• Cover topics such as Excel-based financial models, forecasting, valuation, budgeting, scenario & sensitivity analysis.
• Use real-time case studies and practical assignments for effective learning.
• Design session plans, exercises, and assessments as per academic requirements.
• Coordinate with colleges and the Netcraftz academic team for smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Financial Modelling and Advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience in valuation models (DCF), financial forecasting, MIS, and dashboards.
• Prior freelance or corporate training experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to train degree-level students with practical, job-oriented focus.

Preferred:

• MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent finance background.
• Experience delivering training in colleges or training institutes.

Compensation:

• Session-based / Hourly (as per duration of training).
