Financial Infinium Support Analyst

Role Overview: As an Engineering graduate (Computer / IT engineering) with 5 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve supporting AS/400 (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), JavaScript, CSS, and C#. Your expertise will play a crucial part in production support, enhancements, and defect fixing. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with SharePoint site and Excel, a strong understanding of RDBMS, and knowledge of Agile development. Preferred qualifications include UI/UX experience. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 5+ years of strong AS/400 experience with RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, CL/400, and DB2. - Proficiency in production support, enhancements, and defect fixing. - Preferable experience in financial accounting systems. - Knowledge or experience with the Infinium ERP tool is preferred. - Proficiency in performing Infinium tool upgrades and patch application activities. - Ability to conduct impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to coordinate with business users on requirements, tickets, and issues. - Knowledge of Finance Process. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to understand and work with formulas and formats submitted by customers. Qualification Required: - AS400 - RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CLLE, CL/400, and DB2. - Knowledge of SQL Server, JavaScript, C#, and UI design. - Familiarity with SNOW, ROBOT, Turnover, and Broderick tools.
