Job Description

We are hiring a capable and experienced Financial Controller EPC to support and oversee financial planning and performance for wind energy and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and control of accounts payable/receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and statutory regulations.
Prepare MIS reports and support audits, internal controls, and financial reviews.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align financial goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
710 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
