Financial Consulting Senior Associate - Finance as a Service

As a CA or accounting graduate/postgraduate with 4-6 years of Record to Report experience, you will play a hands-on role that involves transaction processing and account reconciliation skills. Your responsibilities will include understanding the purpose of reconciliations, approving bank and general ledger account reconciliations, as well as preparing/reviewing clients" monthly financial statements with variance analysis. You will analyze financial information, provide actionable insights to client management, and suggest process improvements for enhancing monthly operations. Additionally, you will define repeatable methodologies with tools/templates for future projects and identify technologies to drive efficiencies in month-end close processes. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in public accounting, consulting, or professional services environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of GAAP, experience with automated accounting systems, and pursuing or holding a CPA certification are advantageous.
