Finance Associate Treasury (Entry Level)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 0–2 years | Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Engineer with strong financial acumen

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical Finance Associate to join our Treasury team that can plays a central role in managing Ascend Capital’s funding operations, credit growth planning, and lender relationships. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to NBFC treasury, debt raise processes, and balance-sheet management.

Key Responsibilities

Support treasury operations including loan drawdowns, repayments, and cash flow monitoring.
Maintain and analyze lender data, repayment schedules, and interest cost tracking.
Build and maintain Excel models for ALM, cost of funds, and liquidity management.
Prepare data and MIS for lenders, rating agencies, and internal management reviews.
Assist in financial analysis, funding documentation, and audit coordination.
Collaborate across finance, credit, and operations to ensure smooth capital flow for disbursements.

What We’re Looking For

Strong command of Excel and comfort with data analysis / financial modeling.
Curiosity for finance, capital markets, and NBFC funding structures.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn treasury and credit processes from the ground up.
Integrity, accountability, and willingness to take ownership in a lean, high-growth setup.
