Financial Assistant

Role Overview: As a Finance Assistant/Graduate Fresher, you will be an essential part of the finance team, contributing to day-to-day financial operations and accounting functions. Your role involves supporting various financial activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers. - Play a crucial role in preparing and reconciling bank statements and other financial documents. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and organized financial records. - Assist in inventory and asset tracking for financial reporting purposes. - Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data. - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities. - Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. - 0-6 months of experience in Tally & Accounting. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel required. - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar would be advantageous.,
