Job Description

A Financial Assistant supports an organization's financial department by processing payments, managing invoices, preparing and monitoring budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and audits. The role includes tasks such as updating financial spreadsheets, reconciling bank statements, payroll support, and data entry into accounting systems. Attention to detail, knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Typically, a candidate needs an associate's or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with certifications like Certified Bookkeeper or Certified Financial Assistant being advantageous . Key Responsibilities Process payments, invoices, and payroll. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cost analysis reports. Track and reconcile bank statements. Support budgeting and financial forecasting. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Maintain and update financial records and databases. Provide support to senior finance staff and collaborate across departments.

Pay: ₹9,323.75 - ₹29,254.70 per month
