Financial Analyst - SoD Ops

As a Process and System Expert at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of access controls and risk reduction measures. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with IT, Business, and FC&C community to enrich process knowledge and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance - Collaborating with Risk Owners and Process Owners to complete User Access Review, SoD, and Critical Action reviews in a timely manner - Driving continuous improvement in access controls, implementing solutions, and reducing the number of SoD conflicts - Sharing access controls updates and best practices with both FC&C and non-FC&C community, providing training to role owners and risk owners - Leading automation initiatives in the SoD and GRA Access Control area to enhance processes and drive efficiency - Ensuring transparent stakeholder management, maintaining high-performance work culture, and supporting workload balancing and continuous improvement initiatives Your essential requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in B Tech, MBA, or Equivalent/University Degree - 2-6 years of post-qualification experience in IT Application Controls, SAP GRC, and SAP security concepts - Expertise in SAP GRC Access Controls and SAP authorization concepts, particularly in ECC and S/4 HANA - Strong project management skills focused on performance and productivity improvement - SAP GRC AC certification Desired qualifications that would be advantageous for this role: - Prior experience in process automation and digital tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, BOTs, Power BI, and Alteryx - Previous work experience in a large Audit firm or a top-tier IT service provider Novartis is dedicated to reimagining medicine to enhance and prolong people's lives, aiming to become the most valued and trusted medicines company globally.
