KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with clients and subject entities to collect necessary documentation for report preparation.
Coordinate effectively with internal business partners to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate and timely updates on D&Bs CRM platforms.
Review and verify documents received from corporate clients and business partners before processing.
Engage with external stakeholders to expedite project closures.
Act as a point of contact for client interventions to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and share weekly MIS reports with clients; conduct follow-up discussions to review project progress.
Collaborate closely with the internal Analyst team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Ensure all client deliverables are completed within the defined SLA, maintaining high standards of service.
Coordinate with Sales and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Organize and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly calls with clients and Sales teams to address pending items and provide project updates.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, project support, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.
Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and balance sheet analysis.
Confident in external communication and stakeholder coordination.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility during peak periods.
