Financial Analyst NetSuite/Oracle and Adaptive Insights

As a Financial Analyst specializing in NetSuite, Oracle, and Adaptive Insights, you will be a crucial part of the G&A FP&A team at a prominent technology company in Pune, India. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic insights, precise forecasting, and financial analysis focused on corporate expenses. This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions or conversion to full-time employment, requiring 40 hours per week. It is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent at the client's office in Pune, India, from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am IST. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and upkeep of G&A expense assumptions in alignment with the company's strategy and financial targets. You will analyze and monitor expense trends, variances, and drivers to offer actionable insights to senior management. Additionally, you will collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and assist in their growth endeavors. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting within a high-growth technology environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/forecasting tools is essential, as well as hands-on experience with NetSuite, Oracle, and Adaptive Insights. Your ability to independently solve problems, communicate financial insights effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven setting will be crucial. Furthermore, your role will involve developing financial models to optimize departmental costs, enhance finance processes, ensure data integrity, and drive cost efficiencies. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, proactive nature, and strong business acumen will be valuable assets in this position. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and an MBA or equivalent degree would be considered a plus.
