Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individuals interested to make a career in area of Structured Finance (CLO/CDO products). Under CDO modelling, with the help of client provided information (e.g., prospectus and other documents), we develop and maintain waterfall models for CLO/CDO deals using Client Application. As we model both assets (collateral) and liabilities (tranches) along with different type of tests (quality, coverage etc.), it helps collateral managers to monitor the health of underlying collaterals through their generated cashflows as well as stakeholders to analyze current and future cashflows and perform different downstream analysis to take better investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be committed to achieve team goals and take complete responsibility of accuracy and timelines and should communicate any issues promptly.
• Understand and model CLO/CDO transactions.
• Write queries to report issues to the Client.
• Maintenance of log and timesheets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting SLAs in terms of quality and turnaround time.
• Be open to new assignments or ready to assist as required by client/team.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication, writing and presentation skill.
• Working knowledge of securitization/structured products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm, and ability to learn quickly and excel as part of a dynamic team.
• Attention to detail and ability to work and learn independently.
• Quantitative skills and analytical problem-solving ability.
