Financial Analyst, Defined Contribution

As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks assigned within the specified parameters of the client/admin/support team. Your primary tasks will include processing various processes such as loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, and valuation imports based on the requirements of the admin/client support team. Your main function will involve processing these processes efficiently and accurately to meet the set expectations in terms of key business metrics like productivity, volume count, and quality. Additionally, you will be expected to review processes for accuracy and identify any issues or problems related to the processes, which should then be communicated to the team lead. The ideal candidate for this position should have a brief understanding of the financial services industry, with a specific focus on 401(K) plan administration. You should be an avid learner who is willing to adapt and work effectively in a team environment. In terms of education and experience, we are looking for candidates who are graduates or postgraduates in a Finance/Accounting background. A proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment with a result-oriented approach will be highly valued. Key skill requirements for this position include good communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, self-learning abilities, basic knowledge of MS Office with a preference for good working knowledge of Excel, flexibility in work culture (ability to work in Day/Night shifts based on business requirements), and a good understanding of reconciliation concepts.,
