Job Description

As a Tax Data Analyst at Controllership Accounting and Statutory Reporting (CASR), your role will involve managing key activities for the Tax Compliance COE team. You will be responsible for various tax compliance activities such as providing information for CIT filings, preparing data for transfer pricing documentation, US GAAP provision calculations, and accounts reconciliations for direct tax GLs. Additionally, you will be expected to manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants, lead tax compliance projects, review with stakeholders, provide mentoring to junior team members, and ensure optimization and automation goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Provide information for complex direct tax compliance requirements - Prepare complex US GAAP tax provision calculations - Manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants - Provide information for filing Corporate Income tax returns and transfer pricing documentation - Lead tax compliance projects and review with stakeholders - Provide mentoring to junior team members - Manage conflict resolution and optimization goals - Identify opportunities for process efficiencies - Establish controls to validate data accuracy - Provide regular progress updates to management Qualifications Required: - Finance professional, CA with 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields - Strong knowledge in Accounting and Tax domains - Ability to understand complex systems and processes - Proven track record of working under stringent deadlines - Advanced skills in SAP/S4 HANA - Strong communication, influencing, and teamwork skills - Ability to challenge the status quo and drive digitized solutions - Good business acumen and effective communication skills (Note: No additional company details were present in the job description.),
