Financial Analyst-Controllership and Tax

As a Tax Data Analyst at our company, your role will involve managing key activities for the Tax Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) team. You will be responsible for various tax compliance activities such as providing information for CIT filings, preparing data for transfer pricing documentation, and handling USGAAP provision calculations. Additionally, you will oversee accounts reconciliations for direct tax GLs and manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and Tax consultants. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing information for complex direct tax compliance requirements - Preparing complex US GAAP tax provision calculations - Leading key tax compliance projects and reviews with stakeholders - Mentoring junior team members and ensuring conflict management and resolution - Managing optimization and automation goals and identifying opportunities for efficiencies - Establishing controls to validate the accuracy of shared data - Providing regular progress updates to management Qualifications required for this role: - Finance professional, CA with 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field - Strong knowledge of accounting and tax domains - Proficiency in using SAP/S4 HANA - Ability to work under stringent deadlines and challenge the status quo - Effective communication and influencing skills - Excellent teamwork and business acumen This position is based in Bangalore and offers a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's tax compliance activities and drive results through your expertise and skills.,
