Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients through references, digital channels, and networking.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and introduce advisory

solutions.

Create, review, and present financial plans tailored to client profiles.
Collaborate with the Core Advisory team for portfolio design and execution.
Provide recommendations on ESOP diversification, asset allocation, and tax planning.
Achieve individual and team acquisition targets.
Proactively generate referrals and new business opportunities.

Support growth initiatives in new geographies (e.g., Bangalore).
Stay updated on financial products, mutual funds, equities, and ESOP solutions.
Confidently pitch advisory model in line with client goals and risk appetite.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of financial planning, investment products, and portfolio creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong command of English (spoken & written).
Presentable, confident, and client-centric approach.

Qualification

MBA/Postgraduation (Finance preferred)
NISM XA/XB mandatory; CFP/CWM preferred
Minimum 13 years’ experience in financial services (advisory, acquisition, or wealth)
