Purpose of the Role

The position involves managing banking, treasury operations, and taxation compliance. The role requires strong expertise in fund management, payment processing, GST compliance, TDS filing, and financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking & Treasury

• Preparation and circulation of daily bank balance reports.
• Allocation of funds as per business requirements.
• Manage bank reconciliations and identify pending entries.
• Upload and process bulk bank payments on Bank Portal & SAP.
• Ensure timely release of vendor payments within defined TAT.
• Coordinate with HQ (China) for foreign remittances and approvals.
• Liaise with banks and vendors (OEMs) for payment-related matters.
  

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C).
• Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with GSTR-3B to ensure accurate ITC availment.
• Handle amendments in GST registration (core/non-core fields).
• Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q/26Q), including reconciliation.
• Validate sales data, compute tax liabilities, and ensure GST compliance.
• Extract and analyze data using SAP for tax reporting and reconciliations.
• Manage challan reconciliations and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 57 years of experience in

  Banking, Treasury, and Taxation

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP

  and

  Advanced Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
• Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws

  .
