Finance Transition Svcs Manager

Role Overview: As a Finance Transition Services (FTS) Manager at Accenture, you will lead work efforts and change management in various areas. Your responsibilities will include individual contract and portfolio management, gathering and documenting business case assumptions, establishing workplans, designing and setting up hierarchy structures, implementing digital finance tools, defining financial processes, providing support and advice in negotiations, and ensuring smooth handover of finance support roles and responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on the design and implementation of tools and processes for financial analysis, focusing on assessing financial health through key metrics and financial ratios. Key Responsibilities: - Lead work efforts and change management in individual contract and portfolio management - Gather and document business case assumptions - Establish workplans considering both Accenture Standard requirements and contract specifics - Design and set up appropriate hierarchy structure for contracts in Accenture's ERP - Implement standard Accenture digital finance tool set - Define ongoing finance support roles and responsibilities - Support deal leadership in negotiations, profitability recovery action plans, and reporting - Design and establish project best practice financial processes including roles and responsibilities - Provide advice on financial planning and analysis, budgeting, revenue recognition, and US GAAP - Manage Corporate forecasting activities and internal stakeholder management requests - Ensure compliance with global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements - Provide full Management of P&L from revenue to operating income - Supervise junior team members - Utilize deep knowledge of business, finance, and accounting fundamentals including U.S Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Exhibit excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills - Manage large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts - Work in rotational shifts as required Qualifications Required: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) - Advanced Business English Language (written and oral) - Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills - SAP S4/Hana experience (Note: The additional details about Accenture have been omitted as they were not directly related to the job role),
