Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

Daily Financial Coordination:
Support AP/AR processes, general ledger entries, and journal postings in coordination.
Vendor & Customer Support:
Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, sales commission validation, and payment follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
Financial Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and compliance documentation in line with US GAAP and internal controls.
Inventory Control:
Creation of item code, ensuring accounting of all receipts, CN, FOC invoice. Coordinating Physical inventory process and ensuring compliance.
Budget & Forecast Support:
Assist with budget tracking, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting packs for the company's management.
Audit Readiness & Compliance:
Support internal and external audit documentation and ensure adherence to CB's financial policies and regulatory frameworks.
ERP & Systems Use:
Work in financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho Books, etc. to ensure timely data updates and reconciliations.
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, operations, lab, and commercial functions to resolve finance-related queries.
Time Zone Alignment:
Ensure availability during US business hours to enable real-time coordination and responsiveness.
