Finance - SPV Controllership (APAC) - Senior Professional

The Finance, Tax, and Accounting team at KKR oversees tax compliance, credit, and accounting matters to produce analytical insights that drive business decisions and long-term success. As a Senior Professional, you will be responsible for financial control and oversight of APAC-based Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) in partnership with the wider SPV Controllership team. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Review & approve budgets to ensure adequate funding for post-close expenses - Monitor budgets versus actuals and flag any discrepancies - Ensure correct booking of expense accruals quarterly - Review variance analysis on SPV financials - Review and approve SPV financials quarterly, escalating issues as necessary - Ensure completeness and accuracy of APAC SPV data - Liaise with KKR Deal Teams/Fund Operations Team for financial control elements - Assist with annual external audits and tax compliance for SPVs - Collaborate on entity liquidation matters - Assist with computation and billing of management fees - Drive business process simplifications and efficiency initiatives - Build documentation surrounding fund admins policy and procedures - Collaborate with SPV Controllership team for reporting purposes - Identify technology options to drive efficiency and mitigate risk **Qualifications:** - Graduate with 4-6 years of experience - ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent qualification required - Excellent Excel skills - Prior Private Equity Fund Administration or Audit experience preferred - Prior Big 4 audit experience beneficial - Strong system skills and ability to retrieve data for KPIs - SAP, PowerBI, and SQL experience helpful - Professional demeanor and ethical conduct - Strong financial and analytical skills - Experience in a financial services or corporate environment - Detail-oriented with a track record for accuracy - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - High intellectual curiosity and innovative mindset - Team player with networking ability across departments - Risk mindset to identify and mitigate risks - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
