Finance Process & Ops Analyst

As a Finance Process & Ops Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports and conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. You will be involved in financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company's major business decisions and future financial health. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. - Interact with peers within Accenture on a day-to-day basis before updating supervisors. - Have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. - Receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. - Make decisions that impact your own work and may also impact the work of others. - Contribute individually as part of a team with a focused scope of work. **Qualifications Required:** - BCom/Chartered Accountant/Master of Financial Management - 3 to 5 years of experience Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
