Finance Officer

**Job Title:** Finance Officer – Founders' Office

**Location:** Gota, Ahmedabad

**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Yearly Incentives

**About the Role:**

Are you passionate about numbers and financial accuracy? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Finance Officer** to join our Founders' Office. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the leadership team and take ownership of core financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations

* Prepare and finalize GST filings and ensure 26AS reconciliation

* Assist in the finalization of accounts and financial statements

* Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements

* Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

* Work on Tally and coordinate with external CA firms as needed

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance/accounts

* Background in working with CA firms preferred

* Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

* Strong understanding of taxation, GST, and finalization processes

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com/M.Com); pursuing CA/Inter CA is a plus
