Job Description

As a Finance Manager at TekWissen located in Visakhapatnam, your role is crucial in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing reports, managing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present financial reports, including business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts to managerial staff. - Manage tax compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns, responding to state notices, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. - Oversee accurate bookkeeping records, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled promptly. - Develop and manage the company's budget, monitor expenditures, and provide variance analysis. - Conduct detailed financial analysis, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments. - Advise on investment activities and develop strategies to optimize financial performance and long-term growth. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and facilitate financial audits and reviews. - Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure operational liquidity. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial plans aligning with strategic objectives. - Lead and mentor the finance team, setting goals and implementing best practices in financial management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. - Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management with expertise in taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with financial reporting systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting financial information effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. - Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in the USA.,
