Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely vendor payments and client collections.
Oversee finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
Handle general accounting functions, including ledgers, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting for management decision-making.
Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as required.
Implement and improve internal controls to strengthen financial governance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP / similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
