Finance Manager / Sr. Manager / DGM (CA)

Position Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts / Finance Head to lead the financial management and strategy of our manufacturing operations in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven experience heading the finance department in a reputed manufacturing setup. The role demands strong leadership, analytical acumen, and the ability to drive financial efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Finance and Accounts function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and fund utilization.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  
• Drive cost control initiatives, profitability analysis, and financial performance improvement.
  
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, financial statements, and MIS reports.
  
• Liaise with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
  
• Evaluate and implement ERP and internal control systems to strengthen financial governance.
  
• Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making and business growth.
  
• Supervise and mentor the finance & accounts team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  
• Must have led the Finance/Accounts Department in a reputed manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Costing, Budgeting, Taxation, Auditing, and MIS reporting.
  
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and financial laws.
  
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
  
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
