Finance Manager - Spend Control Tower

You will be joining the Fuel for Growth team at Reckitt, a fixed cost optimisation initiative aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Your role as a Finance Manager will be pivotal in bringing transparency to our cost base, ensuring adherence to existing processes and governance, and providing crucial insights for strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's cost structure across various categories and functions, adapting and enhancing current processes and governance frameworks, and taking charge of determining in-scope and out-of-scope expenditures for the Spend Control Tower. You will leverage your business and accounting acumen to ensure precise accounting of in-scope expenses in alignment with the established policies. Furthermore, you will independently lead Spend Control Tower review meetings, organizing eligible business cases for detailed examination alongside the chair and co-chair. To excel in this role, we seek a professional with a minimum of 9-10 years of experience in Finance and FP&A, possessing a deep familiarity with Reckitt's cost structure and operational protocols. You should demonstrate a sound understanding of decision-making structures and Reckitt's stakeholder ecosystem at both local and global levels. Previous exposure to outcome-oriented teams in a delivery-centric environment is essential, along with proven networking abilities spanning multiple functions, business units, and external partners. Your communication skills should be exemplary, allowing you to convey intricate concepts clearly and concisely.
