Finance Manager / Financial Analyst

As a Finance Manager in the construction or infrastructure sector, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Financial Planning and Analysis: - Analyze project costs, forecast cash flows, and prepare financial reports. - Property Tax Computation: - Prepare the computation of Property tax as per Local guidelines. - Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation. - Provide real-time financial insights to the project and management teams. - Strategic Advisory: - Offer strategic advice on investment decisions and financial planning. - Monitor market trends and advise on cost forecasting and budgeting strategies. - Support decision-making with comprehensive financial data analysis. - Prepare MIS as per Concession Agreement & update it with the KPI. - Check the Financing Agreement entered by the Concessionaire with Financial Institution about its correctness w.r.t entered Concession Agreement. Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant or having an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
