Finance Manager

We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to become a part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background in finance, having successfully completed CA Final, and also demonstrate a keen interest in contributing to core financial operations as well as broader business strategy. This position presents the opportunity to progress into leadership and play a pivotal role in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct reconciliations using Tally. - Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and provide support for filings (e.g., GST, TDS, etc.). - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to facilitate business decisions. - Coordinate with auditors and ensure preparedness for internal and statutory audits. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on business planning, cost analysis, and operational finance matters. - Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes, controls, and automation initiatives. Preferred Profile: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Final cleared) with 03 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. - Sound understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance. - Possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. - A self-driven individual with long-term aspirations for leadership in finance.
