verify the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
prepare quarterly income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and ensure timely payments.
Oversee daily bank reconciliations and manage banking activities including payment initiation, export/import regularization, ABG & PBG issuance, and LC issuance.
Maintain and update accounting records, journals, and ledgers using software like Oracle and Sage ERP.
Preparefinancial reports such as Cash Flow Statements, Estimated vs. Actual Costing Analysis, and Monthly Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
Handle statutory filings including TDS Returns (quarterly and annually), GSTR 1 and 3B (monthly), ITC 04 (quarterly), GSTR 9 and 9C (annually), and conduct Transfer Pricing audits.
Liaise with auditors for statutory, interim, and GST department audits.
Monitor inventory movements to ensure alignment with financial records.
