Company : Wipro Job Title: Functional Consultant Finance (Dynamics 365 / AX) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pan India Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant – Finance with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2012 R3 . The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in finance, a solid understanding of business processes, and a proven track record in delivering successful ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle projects) Configure finance modules in Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 R3 Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct workshops/demos Prepare functional documentation – FRD, FDD, Fit-Gap, User Guides Design and deliver functional solutions for customizations, reports, and integrations Manage data migration using data entities Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery Key Skills & Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance In-depth knowledge of finance modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Budgeting Cash & Bank Management Project Accounting Strong experience in: COA structure definition Accounting structures and number sequences Dimension setup and ledger allocations Tax configurations and bank reconciliations Project hierarchy, WBS, revenue recognition Good understanding of business processes and finance workflows Knowledge of data migration, estimation, and testing processes Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Educational background in Finance, Accounting, CA, or ICWA Microsoft AX / D365 certifications Experience in drafting documentation and user training materials Interested candidates can share their updated resume to ruthu@wrootsglobal.in
