Job description:
1. Maintaining books of accounts in an online software (Zoho Books)
2. Handling bank related tasks (deposits, payments, coordination, Fixed Deposits, bank statement reconciliation, etc)
3. Creating and issuing donation receipts
4. Handling correspondence, telephone calls, visitors
5. Handling routine administrative tasks
6. Handling specific tasks related to periodic events (lectures, classes, events, etc)
7. Salary calculation, maintaining HR records
8. Systematic filing of documents
9. Scanning of manuscripts
10. Typing matter from manuscripts for articles and books
11. Miscellaneous tasks for statutory compliance
12. Handling tasks related to the project for free tuition classes for underprivileged students
Expected profile:
1. Graduate with at least 50% marks; commerce graduates will have an advantage
2. Good communication skills in Hindi and English
3. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in English and at least 30 words per minute in Hindi.
4. Experience of at least 1 year of working in some organization
5. Experience of writing books of accounts for at least 6 months
6. Good proficiency in working with computers (MS Office, Internet browsing, online banking, etc)
