QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduation /Post Graduate in Commerce ( BCom or MCom)

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organization

JOB Description :

● Inventory Control

● Replenishment of Inventory

● Reduction of Wastage and discarding

● Vendor Management

● Stock Return or replacement

● Prepares quotes and expedite orders

● Stock off shelves to floor before expires

● Inspection of receivable goods

● Audit score of Stores / F&B

● Documentation of stores, upkeep of various files / checklist

• Proficiency in using MS Office

• Strong operational background in a multi location business;
• Leadership ability gained through managing and inspiring large and diversified teams;

JOB FACTORS :

KNOWLEDGE:

Functional knowledge of all functional teams at a Cinema and impact of their performance on the P&L of the Cinema.

COMPLEXITY:

• Impartial treatment to all the members of the team.
• Meeting customer expectations (Patrons /Management/Statutory Bodies) while focussing at the business goals.

INDEPENDENT THINKING:

• Handle the Audits and Accounting prospects effectively.
• Manage expectations of the management while ensuring right balance in work pressures at sites.

ANNUAL STRATEGIC PLANNING: Multi skilling of the cinema team for optimum operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
