Job Title:

Role Overview

The Executive – Business Finance will support core finance operations including invoice processing, GST/TDS deductions, data entry in Tally, reconciliations, and cash/fund flow reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in Tally and strong accuracy in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Enter day-to-day financial transactions in
Tally
, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process vendor invoices with correct
GST/TDS deductions
as per statutory requirements.
Verify supporting documents and ensure all invoices comply with internal policies.
Prepare and update
cash flow/fund flow statements
on a daily/weekly basis.
Perform vendor reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and basic GL reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for clarifications and discrepancy resolution.
Maintain organised records of invoices, deductions, payments, and supporting documentation.
Support month-end closing activities including accruals and schedules.
Assist in preparing MIS or financial reports for the business finance team.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.
2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Tally
(mandatory).
Prior experience in
data entry, invoice processing, GST/TDS deductions, and reconciliations
.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory finance compliance.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with other ERPs is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage volume-based tasks.
