Job Overview

Kasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance Executive (Female candidates only) to handle daily financial operations, statutory filings, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have experience with GST filing, TDS filing, and bookkeeping, along with proficiency in Tally or Busy Accounting Software. This role also requires regular bank visits, and it is preferred that the candidate has their own vehicle for ease of travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, receipts, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage GST filings, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related reconciliations.
• Process TDS calculations, deductions, and quarterly filings.
• Perform bank visits for tasks such as cheque deposits, payment processing, and other banking-related activities.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
• Ensure proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Help prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in GST filing, TDS filing, and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally or Busy Accounting Software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to perform bank visits regularly for cash/cheque handling and other finance-related tasks.
• Own vehicle preferred for ease of travel to the bank and other external activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
