Key Responsibilities:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in line with legal and company guidelines
• Review expenses, payroll records, and related financial data as assigned
• Update financial databases for accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing activities
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed

Requirements for Success:

• Proven experience in Accounts/Finance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical ability with comfort in working with numbers
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Modules
• High attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (Preferred: M.Tech / MCA)
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in finance or accounting roles
