Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting Coordinator at Coorg Marriott Resort & Spa, your main responsibility will be to coordinate tasks and work with other departments. You will serve as a departmental role model or mentor, assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time, and meet appropriate quality standards. It is important to report work-related accidents or other injuries immediately to your manager/supervisor. You must follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information. Communication skills are essential as you will be required to speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees are also key aspects of your role. Additionally, you may be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is also part of your responsibilities.
