Job Description: As a Senior Executive at Lighthouses in Aundh, Pune, you will be entrusted with managing utilization certificates for donor funding, ensuring effective fund utilization across the organization. Your role demands a keen financial acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal teams to maintain compliance and transparency in fund utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and verify utilization certificates for donor funding. - Track and ensure appropriate allocation and utilization of funds across Lighthouses. - Collaborate with finance and program teams to uphold accurate financial documentation. - Ensure adherence to donor financial reporting guidelines and requirements. - Generate periodic reports on fund utilization for both internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in audits and financial reviews pertaining to donor funding. - Support donor communication by furnishing clear and structured financial data. - Engage closely with senior management to optimize financial resource allocation. Qualifications & Experience: - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess 2-3 years of experience in financial management or fund utilization. - Previous exposure to NGOs, CSR funding, or social impact organizations is preferred.
